Ordering

You can search products and order online at mechmaxx.com. Every product has its description, specification, and user manual listed to help you choose the right product. If you have more questions, chat with us online or email info@mechmaxx.com. Please keep in mind that it is your sole responsibility to place the order for the right product.

MechMaxx provides free shipping in the 48 contiguous states in the United States.

When placing an order, please provide a real phone number so we can arrange the exact time of delivery.

Orders ship from our main warehouses in CA, NJ, or TX. Under normal circumstances it takes 2 to 3 business days to process and ship the order.

MechMaxx partners with several carriers. The carrier used varies depending on the order, equipment type, shipping address, and service required. You may also choose to pick up the order yourself.

Products are categorized as Small Parcel or LTL based on package size and weight. Liftgate is required for LTL products with residential destinations or commercial destinations without a loading dock or forklift. If selected, an $80 Liftgate fee applies.

For products exceeding the weight or size capacity of a Liftgate, customers must arrange their own forklift or loading dock.

Liftgate Service Exclusions: SKUs 310008, 310009, 150162, 150163, 150164, 202005, 202006, 202007, 202008, 202009, 202010 are not eligible for Liftgate service.

Even with Liftgate, the customer is responsible for removing the product(s) from the truck and moving them to the desired location.

MechMaxx accepts PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Mastercard, Visa, American Express, and Shop Pay. Please ensure your billing address matches your payment method to avoid delays. Our site is secured with 2048-bit SSL and we do not store card information.

Order Processing

Normally, our estimated delivery time is 4–11 business days.

Once the order is placed, it will normally take up to 72 business hours to process depending on payment method and product availability. To prevent fraud, in some cases it may take up to 15 business days.

Order Status

  • Ordered – Successfully paid
  • Order Ready – Needs further processing to fulfill
  • In Transit – Payment cleared and sent to warehouse for shipment
  • Out for Delivery – Shipped, tracking info (ETA) available
  • Closed – Cancelled and refunded

Order Cancellation

To cancel an order, contact us via live chat on mechmaxx.com. Once the order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled — you will need to request a Return Authorization. See our Returns & Refund policy for details.

Shipping

We ship free to 48 states: Alabama, Arkansas, Arizona, California, Colorado, Connecticut, Delaware, Florida, Georgia, Iowa, Idaho, Illinois, Indiana, Kansas, Kentucky, Louisiana, Massachusetts, Maryland, Maine, Michigan, Minnesota, Missouri, Mississippi, Montana, North Carolina, North Dakota, Nebraska, Nevada, New Hampshire, New Jersey, New Mexico, New York, Ohio, Oklahoma, Oregon, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, South Carolina, South Dakota, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, Virginia, Vermont, Washington, Wisconsin, West Virginia, and Wyoming.

Orders ship FREE from our main warehouses in CA, NJ, or TX. Delivery typically takes up to 8 business days after processing depending on location.

Once shipped, you can check tracking on the carrier's website. If tracking has not updated, try again 24 hours later.

For LTL orders you can request a call before delivery or set an appointment (free of charge). Appointments are typically a 4-hour window Monday–Friday 8am–5pm.

Please provide accurate contact information. Customers are responsible for any fees from missed deliveries — redelivery, storage, etc. Orders may be held at a carrier terminal up to 3 days before being returned to MechMaxx. To prevent fraud, we cannot ship to an address different from the one provided at order placement.

When the shipment arrives, check for damage or missing items immediately. If damage is unacceptable, refuse the delivery. Otherwise, notate any problems on the delivery receipt and keep a copy. Damage or missing items must be reported within 5 business days of receipt with photos or video. After that window, MechMaxx will not be responsible for reported shipping damage.

Keep all original packing materials and accessories in case you need to return the product.
