How to Return or Exchange Goods
Obtain Return Authorization: We do not accept returns without a return authorization. To obtain one, take a photo of the item and email our customer service at shipping@mechmaxx.com with as much information as possible about your return.
Regarding Exchange: When requesting authorization, please tell us the SKU you would like to exchange for so we can register and process the cost difference in advance. For fastest service, call and purchase your new items first — once we receive the returned goods, your account will be refunded.
Repackaging Instructions: When we approve your return/exchange, we will confirm the packaging meets our requirements. Products must be in their original packaging; opened products are not eligible for return.
Federal law requires all machines using gasoline, petroleum, or other flammable liquids to discharge flammable liquids before shipment. Covers and plugs with flammable liquids must be naturally ventilated and dried for 24 hours before transport to ensure safety. The responsibility for the violation of this law belongs to the sender of the goods.
Safe repackaging: All products should be packaged in their original packaging for safe transportation. MechMaxx shall not be liable for any losses caused by returns with improper packaging. If shipped back on a pallet, it needs to be secured with ropes or straps and covered with cardboard or plastic to prevent overturning and damage.
Non-Returnable Items
- Products damaged due to negligence.
- Products damaged due to unauthorized modification.
- Products damaged by natural disasters.
- Products damaged due to non-compliance with user manuals.
- Products damaged due to natural wear and tear on parts such as belts and blades.
- Products damaged due to use in non-product-design environments.
- Products that have been opened and are no longer wanted (non-quality related).
Return / Exchange Fee
Returns are accepted within 30 days from the date of delivery. Customers are responsible for returning the product to the designated MechMaxx return location. They may alternatively pay a return shipping fee, and MechMaxx will arrange a logistics company for pickup. The return shipping fee — including the original shipping cost from our warehouse to the customer — will be deducted from the refund amount. (One-way shipping fees range from $300 to $1,200 depending on weight, size, distance, and shipping method.)
We will process the refund to your original payment method within 5 business days after receiving the package. (Bank posting times may vary.)
