- How do I register for a mechmaxx.com account?
- Click Register at the top right of the homepage. Enter your email and password, then check your inbox for a verification email — click the link or activation button to complete registration.
- Why can't I register or login?
- Clear your browser's cookies or try another browser. Check your spam folder for the registration email. Make sure CAPS LOCK is off and there are no spaces in the password. If you've forgotten your password, click Forget Password to reset it. If the issue persists, your account may be closed for policy violations — contact us via live chat, email, or phone.
- How do I change my username and password?
- Click My Account → Account Settings in the upper right corner of the homepage to change your username, password, email, phone number, and other information.
- How do I subscribe or unsubscribe from emails?
- To subscribe, enter your email in the input box at the bottom right of the site and click Subscribe. To unsubscribe, open any email from MechMaxx and click the unsubscribe link at the bottom. You'll still receive messages about your order.
- How do I purchase products?
- Search for the product you need and verify the size, color, model, and other parameters. Click Buy Now to go to the payment page, or add products to your shopping cart. If you need pre-sales help, contact us via live chat, phone, or email.
- How do I configure my shipping address?
- Enter multiple addresses under My Shipping Address and mark your most-used one as default. You can also configure the shipping address at the top of the payment page.
- Why can't I place an order?
- The product may be out of stock or removed. Sometimes multiple customers are on the payment page at once and only the first to pay gets the item. Your shipping address may also be outside the delivery range or contain non-English characters. Contact customer service if you hit any of these.
- How do I check my order details and status?
- Log into your MechMaxx account and click My Order in the top-left corner. Or use the chat window in the lower-right corner of the homepage — follow the prompts to enter your email and order number.
- If I cancel my order, does the refund include the coupon discount?
- If you cancel, the refund amount will be calculated based on the amount you actually paid.
- What is the shipping policy?
- We offer free shipping under most circumstances. Orders ship from our CA, IL, NJ, and TX warehouses and take 2–3 days to process. Depending on your location, delivery usually takes 3–8 business days. If an order is cancelled or returned for personal reasons, you are responsible for the return shipping and re-listing costs.
- How do I get my tracking number?
- After the order ships, we'll email you. Most orders include a tracking number — you can use it on the carrier's website or a third-party tracking site.
- How long does shipping take?
- Orders are generally processed within 3 business days, and delivered 3–8 business days after processing. Remote areas or force majeure may take up to 14 business days.
- Will my machine arrive fully assembled?
- Some machines arrive partially assembled to prevent shipping damage. Components like attachments, blades, or adjustable parts may be packaged separately and require minor setup with basic tools using the included instructions.
- Can I cancel my order at any time?
- Once goods have been handed to the carrier, we recommend not cancelling — you'll owe shipping and other costs. Even on unshipped orders, a maximum cancellation fee of 6% may apply to prevent fraud. See our Refund policy for details.
- When will I receive my refund?
- Refunds typically return to your original payment method within 3–5 business days. Debit cards usually take 3–5 days; credit cards may take 10–30 business days. If it has been more than 5 days, send us your order number and we'll investigate.
